Project: Toyota Parts Distribution Centre

We were selected to install the advanced ADAPTO system at the Toyota's Parts Distribution Centre in Kewdale. This significant project involved integrating a fully automated picking and stacking system designed to revolutionise the facility’s logistics operations. The ADAPTO system, known for its intelligent, shuttle-based technology, allows for the seamless movement of goods, optimising storage efficiency and order fulfilment speed.

Our team was responsible for the complete installation of the ADAPTO system, ensuring that each component was meticulously assembled and calibrated to meet Toyota's operational standards. The installation process involved integrating the system with the existing infrastructure while maintaining minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Given the modular nature of the ADAPTO system, our work also included preparing the facility for future scalability, allowing for easy expansion as operational demands grow.
